We're looking for Support Workers to join our Mackay team providing complex care and individualised support.
Whether you're experienced in disability support, bring valuable lived experience, or are looking to develop your skills in the sector, full training and ongoing support will be provided.About The RoleProviding personal care and assistance with everyday activitiesSupporting participants with daily routines and community accessFollowing individual support plans and relevant care proceduresRecognising changes in participants' needs and escalating concerns where appropriateCompleting accurate shift notes and communicating important information to the teamWorking collaboratively with other support workers to deliver consistent, quality careAvailable ShiftsDay shifts: 8:00am-4:00pmAfternoon shifts: 1:00pm-7:00pm (2:1 support)Sleepover shifts: 4:00pm-8:00am,



with periods of active support required overnightPart-time and casual opportunities are available.
Applicants must be available to work between 8:00am and 7:00pm at a minimum.
