We're looking for a confident, community-minded Nominated Supervisor to lead our Woodport OOSH service.
You'll have an established second-in-charge beside you, and a new General Manager and management team who are investing in the people who lead our services.Let's be upfront about the tenderWoodport is going to tender next year, and we're reapplying.
This is a permanent position, not a fixed-term contract.

You'll be responsible for:Leading, mentoring and developing your Educators, including performance supportBuilding a positive team culture and a fun, engaging, play-based programKeeping the service compliant with legislation, our policies and the National Quality StandardsManaging enrolments, rosters, ratios, vacation care planning and attendanceKeeping children and Educators safe and wellBuilding genuine relationships with children,



families and the school communityAbout youPrevious experience as an OOSH or childcare leader or Nominated SupervisorCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA).
All qualifications consideredWorking With Children Check and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)Current Education & Care First Aid and CPRWillingness to undergo a National Criminal History CheckNational Foundations of Child Safety TrainingWorking knowledge of MTOP, the NQS and the Assessment & Rating process (desirable, not essential)Why join us?
