This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preparing nutritious, high-quality meals and understands the importance of food in enhancing quality of life for older people.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, and deliver nutritious, seasonal, and appetising meals tailored to residents' needs and preferencesMaintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsEnsure kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organised,



and well-maintained at all timesWork collaboratively with the kitchen and catering teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Police Check (National Police Certificate) (Essential)At least 1-2 years experience as a Cook (Desirable)Previous aged care experience (Desirable)Has a passion for creating healthy, delicious, and visually appealing mealsIs organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneKnowledge of infection control proceduresExceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well with staffAbout the CompanyThompson Health Care is a family-owned company, with five decades of experience.
