The role supports compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards while promoting contemporary, evidence based practice through the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment (BPCLE) Framework.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate aged care education and training programsSupport compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirementsDeliver education that reflects contemporary aged care practiceEvaluate educational outcomes and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide leadership and support to educators and clinical staffTravel across Grampians Health sites as requiredSkills & ExperienceCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSignificant contemporary clinical experience in aged careTertiary qualification in education,
