Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our print shop.
In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their printing needs, process print requests, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company.
Print shop experience is a plus.
Applicant must have experience working with Microsoft Office (word, excel outlook).
Must be able to create a pleasant and positive workplace for our customers with good phone skills.
We are a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.QualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
