You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.You'll support two programs: a cyber security uplift, and the IT service operations Centre of Excellence.
You'll work closely with the delivery leads who run the project portfolio, and with a leadership team who each own their own budgets.Keeping the money tight matters most.
You'll be the person who knows where every cost centre stands.What you'll be doingTracking budgets, forecasts and actuals across several cost centres, and flagging variances earlyKeeping schedules,



RAID logs and governance packs up to date for the delivery leadsPulling together reporting for senior leadership, including material that goes to executive and board levelKeeping stakeholders informed with clear, regular updatesOrganising cyber awareness activities across the Sydney and Melbourne offices, such as campaigns during Cyber Security Awareness MonthSpotting ways to improve how the team works, and using AI tools to speed things upWhat we're looking forStrong control of budgets, forecasts and actuals, with valuable commercial senseAn understanding of cyber security functions and how they fit togetherYou use AI tools in your day-to-day work.
Familiarity with AI agents is a big plusExperience in SAP or a similar finance system.
Jira is a bonusProject coordination experience in a large organisation, ideally in technology or cyberA team player who's happy to work beyond the job description
