Head Administrator – Automotive Industry
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Super | Based on Experience

What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day administration of the business
Processing vehicle transfers, paperwork and documentation
Coordinating vehicle collections with transport and trucking companies
Contacting customers to arrange payments and vehicle collections
Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records




Managing and updating internal CRM systems
Helping implement AI systems, automation and improved business workflows
Identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
Working closely with management to develop and improve internal processes
Ensuring smooth communication between customers, transport providers and internal staff
What We're Looking For
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new systems
A genuine interest in AI, automation and technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
A proactive attitude with strong problem‐solving skills
Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
High attention to detail and accuracy
Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
Experience with CRM systems or workflow automation is an advantage
