Hillview Bunyip Aged Care in Victoria is seeking a hands-on Rostering & HR Administrator for a 12-month fixed term, four days per week.
You will be the first point of contact for staff, keep rosters covered day and night, and manage staff records and compliance.
You will build rosters for a 24/7 workforce, handle recruitment administration including onboarding and offboarding, and maintain compliance across AHPRA, police certificates, and mandatory training.
