Casual Fluid Management & Field Operations Assistant
HydrEra delivers practical, reliable fluid management solutions to major energy and mining projects across Australia.
We're looking for motivated casuals - whether you're on an even‐time roster and want extra swings, or you're local and keen for more hours - to join our field operations team.
The Role
You'll support our crews with hands‐on field work including:
Pumping system setup and demobilisation
Tank builds, hose assembly and general labouring
Basic equipment checks
Safe, productive field operations alongside experienced operators
This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, problem‐solving, and being part of a high‐performing field team.

What You Bring
Physically fit (able to lift 20kg+)
Reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Current Driver's Licence & White Card
Ability to pass a Fit‐to‐Work medical
Labouring or construction experience
Familiarity with pumps, hoses, valves, or fluid transfer systems
Confined Space or Working at Heights training
Basic tool skills
4WD experience
