As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Shifts typically run 9:00am – 2:30/3:00pm, with hours varying in line with occupancy — most team members work around ***** hours per week.
Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.
Key responsibilities
Cleaning and servicing studio style apartments
Maintaining common areas to a high standard
Stripping beds and preparing used linen for collection, and restocking fresh linen
Reporting maintenance issues so we can keep the property in top condition
Working efficiently and to Quest brand standards, in line with guest needs and occupancy levels
About you
Reliable, responsible, and flexible
Guest-focused with a friendly attitude
Detail-oriented and organised
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable with a physically active role — you'll be on your feet, lifting, and pushing trolleys
Safety-conscious and respectful in all guest interactions
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (essential)
Hospitality, tourism, or travel industry experience (highly regarded)




Availability across various shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Entitled to work in Australia
Paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award — Guest Service Grade 2 (25% loading for casuals; paid leave entitlements for part-time), plus weekend and public holiday penalty rates
