About the Company
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a growing paediatric allied health provider that supports children and families to build everyday skills, confidence and independence.
The organisation takes a family-centred approach to therapy, with an emphasis on practical outcomes and support that carries across a child's daily environments.
About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting children from early childhood through to adolescence.
You'll conduct assessments, develop individualised therapy plans and deliver interventions targeting functional skills, sensory processing, motor development, self-care, emotional regulation and participation in everyday activities.
Working closely with families, educators and other health professionals,
you'll help translate therapy goals into practical strategies that can be used at home, school and in the community.
The role offers variety in how and where you deliver services, along with access to clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
It's well suited to an OT who enjoys working with children, values collaboration with families and wants to help young people build skills for everyday life.
