The role
Reporting to the Group CFO, with a dotted line to the APAC Managing Director, you'll lead finance for the APAC region.
This is a hands-on role.
You'll own the numbers, present the monthly accounts with the MD, and lead a small team.
Key responsibilities include:
Budgets and forecasts, delivered to group templates and timetables
Reviewing and strengthening financial controls
Project profitability and burn-rate reviews, with robust pricing conversations with client leads
Partnering with People and Operations on hiring, resourcing and utilisation
Leading and developing a small team
Revenue recognition on client projects, including associated costs
Month-end close and monthly management accounts across multiple entities
Statutory, tax and audit oversight with external advisers and the group team
About you
CA or CPA qualified,



currently a Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager
Month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience in a multi-entity group
Confident partnering with an MD and holding budget holders to account
Autonomous and robust, and comfortable working across time zones
Experience in a business where people bill time to projects (agency, consulting or professional services) is highly regarded
Reporting into an overseas head office, or multi-country and multi-currency exposure, is an advantage
Warm, curious and team-oriented, with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
