MEGT are hiring a Customer Service Officer based in Footscray, Melbourne, to support the Workforce Australia contract.
This max-term role runs until April **** and involves handling face-to-face, phone, email and online enquiries, working with the Site Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
You will build robust relationships with stakeholders, maintain admin tasks, and uphold MEGT's values as a not-for-profit delivering career opportunities.
