Blacktown City Council is seeking a proactive Service Desk Officer to be the first point of ICT contact.
You will respond to calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents across Council sites and remote locations.
You will set up laptops, support Windows ***** and AV setups, and maintain records with strong customer service.
