Are you passionate about helping adults gain confidence in the water? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Learn to Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics Team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality swimming lessons designed specifically for adults of all abilities from beginners to those looking to refine their technique in accordance with AUSTSWIM industry standards.

This is a rewarding chance for a motivated instructor who enjoys empowering adults to achieve their swimming goals while promoting water safety and lifelong aquatic enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, progressive, and supportive adult swimming lessons.

Create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and skill development.

Communicate effectively with participants, understanding diverse needs, backgrounds, and learning styles.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and class organisation.

Uphold Work Health & Safety (WH&S;) standards within the aquatic setting.

Work flexible hours,



including evenings or weekends as required.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A current AUSTSWIM Licence

A valid Working with Children Check.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Prior experience teaching adult swimming programs (highly regarded).

A positive, patient, and motivational teaching style.
