From welcoming guests and providing helpful information to supporting accessibility needs and ensuring every interaction is a positive one,



this team plays a vital role in the overall guest journey.Roles may include:Guest Experience HostCar Park AttendantBus Park AttendantCrowd Control Team MemberTickets TeamThe Tickets Team is often the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and helping visitors start our Scenic World adventure.
Team members assist with ticket sales, answer questions and provide information to ensure every guest has a fantastic day ahead.Retail TeamThe Retail Team helps guests take home a special reminder of their visit while delivering exceptional customer service.
From sales and stock replenishment to visual merchandising and exciting site activations, every day offers something different.Food & Beverage TeamOur Food & Beverage Team keeps guests fuelled for adventure across our Terrace Café, Eats270 and seasonal activations.
