This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality food, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a busy cafe environment.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Chef or Cook in a cafe, restaurant, or similar fast‐paced kitchen environmentA team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pride in delivering consistent, high‐quality mealsLooking for ***** hours per week and available to start immediately or by negotiationHighly organised, reliable, and able to maintain quality and presentation during busy service periodsConfident preparing and cooking menu items,



following food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and well organisedAvailable on a 7-day rotational roster, including weekdays and weekends, with no night shiftsGelato churning experience, or willingness to undertake onsite training as a churnerCertificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred, but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook cafe menu items to a high standardSupport smooth daily kitchen operations during busy service periodsMaintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsAssist with stock rotation, ordering input, and minimising wasteWork collaboratively with the front‐of‐house and kitchen teamWhy Join Us?
