First Contact is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Assistant Concierge to join our team at 111 Bourke Street, one of Melbourne's newest sites.Home to EY, AusNet and ART, this exciting new workplace is a fantastic addition to First Contact's Charter Hall portfolio, offering the opportunity to be part of a premium corporate environment where exceptional service and hospitality are at the forefront.About the RoleThe building operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with this part-time position working 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.Working alongside the Concierge team, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless arrival experience for tenants, visitors and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service First Contact is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, professional and welcoming arrival experience for all tenants,



visitors and guests.Manage day-to-day concierge duties and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Process guest check-ins using the Sine visitor management system.Manage visitor passes and access procedures in line with building protocols.Assist with the smooth operation of the front-of-house environment.Work collaboratively with the wider Concierge team to maintain exceptional service standards.About YouYou are a polished, service-driven qualified who enjoys working in a premium corporate environment.
You have a natural ability to engage with people, take pride in the details and understand the importance of creating a positive first impression.Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, reception or customer service will be highly regarded, along with strong communication skills, a proactive approach and confidence using technology.If you are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of an exciting new workplace, we would love to hear from you!
