We are seeking skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team at RACV Royal Pines Resort.
We have multiple positions available to suit your experience and skill level, in both the outlets & conference & event teams:Conference & Events (C&E;)Kalinda buffet breakfast or Arika poolsideThis could be just the right role for you?

From recommending dishes to delivering impeccable service, you'll be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in showcasing contemporary dining experiences.
Your key responsibilities include:Greet & interact with guestsMenu knowledge & explanationOrder taking, table service, set, clear and clean tablesPOS and cash handlingPrepare and serve hot/cold beverages, including barista machine operation, mixing drinks, cocktails,



pouring beer & wineCommunicating clearly with the kitchen, bar & wider teamThe shift times are:Conference & Events (C&E;) - between 5am-midnight/2am, depending on the eventKalinda buffet breakfast or Arika poolside - from 5am onwardsWhat you'll need to be successfulAvailability & flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidaysFood & beverage customer service experience in a 4/5 hotel or hospitality environmentExperience working in a large busy rapid-paced environment, attention to detail, clear communication and interpersonal skillsWork well independently or in a large team environmentExcellent grooming & personal presentationYour Food & Beverage skills may include any of the below:A la carte restaurant table service experience in a contemporary, fine dining restaurant environment, knowledge of sequence of serviceOrder taking, table service, clearing tables, 3 plate carry, drinks tray carryBeverage menu knowledge incl hot/cold beverages, wine, beer, spirits & cocktailsBarista - machine operation and coffee making skillsPOS & cash handlingWe are offeringCasual 3+ shifts weekCompetitive hourly rate + penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidaysGenerous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & resortsEmployee of the month awards & recognition programsTraining, career development and opportunities to cross train in multi-outletsUniformParking onsiteThe RACV differenceBe part of a team who cares.
