Mars is seeking a Commissioning, Validation & Start-up (CVS) Lead to drive end-to-end commissioning for major capital investments at the Asquith site.
You will coordinate with Regional and Site Engineers to ensure secure, on-time ramp-up within budget and high quality standards.
You will mentor SMEs, deliver hands-on training to operators, and ensure rigorous handover criteria and validation documentation are completed for reliable, high-performing factory operations.
