Le Mans Entertainment in Melbourne is seeking a Pizza Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our Ground Market kitchen.
This hands-on role focuses on wood-fired pizza and running a small kitchen team under the Ground Market Manager.
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee food preparation, operate fryers, grill and oven, and ensure a safe, effective kitchen.
Weekend availability and a proactive, teamwork mindset are essential.
