The role
Joining as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager / Strata Manager, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while preparing for the next stage of your career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing relationships with owners,



committees and contractors
Preparing for and running annual general meetings and committee meetings
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
Overseeing budgets, levies and financial reporting
Managing owners corporation administration and compliance
Resolving queries and implementing committee decisions
Contributing to recent business and portfolio growth

About you
Experienced Owners Corporation Manager, Senior Strata Manager or Strata Manager
Confident managing a portfolio independently
Sound knowledge of Victorian owners corporation legislation and processes
Comfortable running meetings and managing committee relationships
Organised, accountable and consistent with follow-through
Ready to mentor colleagues and take the next step into leadership
