Upper Hutt City Council is seeking a senior leader to head the Infrastructure Transport and Engineering team.
You will translate the Integrated Transport Strategy into practical programmes, manage a multidisciplinary team, and lead planning, consents and road-safety initiatives for a secure, connected city.
You will work with mana whenua, NZTA and regional partners to deliver timely regulatory outcomes, budgets and capital delivery aligned with Council plans and long-term strategy.
