Learning & Development Administrator (HR Graduates Welcome)
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and tech-savvy Learning & Development Administrator to join our team in a Full-time role.
Working alongside our Learning & Development Lead, you'll help support learning across the organisation through administration, reporting, learning systems support and coordination of training activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent HR graduate or early-career professional wanting to gain exposure to Learning & Development, learning technologies and organisational capability development.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting learning programs and training activities
Managing learner enrolments and communications
Uploading and maintaining content in Tribal Habits
Running reports and maintaining learning records
Assisting learners and managers with training enquiries
Supporting learning projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Providing administrative support across the L&D; function
What We're Looking For
Robust organisational and administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and technology
A proactive and positive attitude
A willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Points If You Have
LMS experience
HR, Learning & Development or training experience
