Refuge Victoria in Melbourne seeks a Recovery and Housing Practitioner to support victim survivors through an ***** month recovery journey, from crisis accommodation into protected, sustainable housing and longer-term recovery.
Reporting to the Looking Ahead Team Leader, you will deliver client-led case management across the full journey, coordinating outreach and housing pathways while ensuring safety and empowerment at every stage.
