Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Horsham.
The role is on-site, hands-on, with responsibility for daily delivery of the cleaning service, including task allocation, rotas, quality checks and compliance with site procedures.
The candidate should have prior Cleaning Supervisor experience, strong health & safety knowledge, and the ability to manage a team in a compliant, GMP-focused workplace.
