Noarc is a Melbourne-based joinery business specialising in custom cabinetry, bespoke joinery, and residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cabinet Maker or Joinery Tradesperson to join our team and assist with the manufacture and assembly of custom joinery in our Reservoir factory.
Key responsibilities
Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery.
Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans.
Operating woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
Cutting, edging, assembling, and finishing cabinetry components.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe.
Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
About you
Experience in cabinet making or joinery manufacturing is preferred.




Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Robust work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work 2–3 days per week, with flexibility where required.
Full time hours available to the right candidate
