HCA Youth & Community is seeking Casual Residential Youth Workers to support young people in out-of-home care across Ipswich and surrounding areas.
You will help with daily living, personal care, meals and activities, building trust and ensuring a protected environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate compassion, resilience and reliability, hold required checks (Blue Card, First Aid, CPR) and be willing to complete Trauma Recovery Framework and TCI training within three months.
