Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its Foam, Rubber and pool categories.
We are seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Casual SALES Assistant at ourBundoora store.
This position will suit a person who is focused and motivated with a strong background in retail sales and solution selling.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Giving advice and solutions to customers
Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
Processing sales orders and quotes
Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
Be involved in stock control and management
Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Dealing with customer refunds




Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
Water Testing for customers
Other tasks and duties as directed
Administration work including raising purchase order or receiving
To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:
An outstanding track record in driving sales and a customer service culture
Ability to work as part of a team
A passion and drive for Customer Service
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Work in a quick paced team environment
Commercial/Trade industry experience PREFERRED
1-2 years of experience in retail and Admin PREFERRED
It is a casual position to start with but can lead to permanent full time position depending on the performance.
