About You
Whitsunday Anglican School is seeking applications from outstanding educators in the Art field who are committed to providing high-quality education in support of the ethos of the School.

As a Specialist Teacher in Art your teaching load may be across a range of primary and secondary year levels.
Candidate Profile
Relevant tertiary qualifications (graduates are welcome to apply).
Registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
Preferred experience and passion in teaching primary Visual Arts with the ability to implement a variety of art skills, develop a scope and sequence of techniques across year levels and promote student creativity and engagement.
Intentional in developing and promoting visual arts opportunities for students in the School and externally
Desire to work as part of a collaborative team environment with the abiity to relate well to staff, students, parents and the broader community.
Demonstrated high-level organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated use of initiative,



with the ability to anticipate the needs of a School organisation.
A genuine passion for teaching and visual arts.
A team player with solid interpersonal skills, who has the ability to engage and inspire.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
