What You'll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)
Assisting with personal care such as showers, dressing, and grooming - the real-life essentials
Supporting participants to remain comfortable, confident, and independent in their own homes
Helping with everyday routines and activities




Following individual support plans with care and professionalism
Observing changes, noticing the little things, and communicating effectively with the wider team
What You'll Need in Your Utility Belt
Minimum3 months' experiencein disability, or mental health support
Cert III or IVin Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
CurrentFirst Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening CheckandWorking with Children Check
Driver's licenseand reliable vehicle withCTP insurance
A positive sense of humor (non-negotiable - trust us)
