Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds – Flemington
Full Time Diploma or Cert III Educator– Permanent
Part Time Diploma or Cert III Educator– Permanent,Monday–Thursday (32 hours per week)
Both positions will bemainly based in our Under 3s room (1–2 years).
Educators will also be required to work across different rooms as operationally required, providing flexibility and support across the centre.
These are fantastic opportunities to join a supportive, well-established team that is passionate about providing high-quality education and care.
Rates of Pay
$***** per hour (including retention loading)
About Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds
Located in the historicGovernment Pavilion Building within the Showgrounds Village Precinct, our modern centre offers beautiful indoor and outdoor learning spaces for children from six weeks to school age.
Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience working in Early Childhood settings
Experience working with children aged 1–2 years is highly regarded
Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional and proactive approach
Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across different rooms as required
