Northamptonshire Mind is seeking a Community Connector to identify individuals in need within Global Majority communities and to connect them with local mental health resources.
You will work with Mental Health Ambassador volunteers, support access to primary care, and help reduce stigma through outreach and education.
Key duties include building partnerships, recruiting diverse volunteers, delivering bite-size training on mental health awareness and safeguarding, and recording interactions
