We're looking for aPharmacy Assistanton a permanent full-time basis.
You'll work on a rotating roster, including weekends and afternoon shifts, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with a pharmacist to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services helping ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care.
Locate and adhere to Ramsay Pharmacy Policies and Procedures
Provide exemplary customer service, and elevate complaints as required
Knowledge of OTC medicines and engagement with learning opportunities;
Cleanliness of the retail area, and pricing accuracy
Assist with implementing promotional activity
Assist with stock ordering and with stock rotation to minimise out-of-date items
Attend rostered hours punctually, and ensure that personal presentation meets Ramsay Health Care standards
About You:
Certificate II in Community Pharmacy (S2/S3 highly regarded)
Exemplary customer service ethic;
Currency of pharmacy knowledge including very good knowledge of OTC medicines and other pharmacy product knowledge;
Ability to proactively resolve or elevate customer complaints; and
Effective merchandising skills, catalogue setup, and promotional management.
