Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse and complex client portfolio including management of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
Grow and maintain a substantial client portfolio to ensure consistent revenue and client retention.
Lead and support a small accounting team, fostering high-quality client service and professional development.
Establish and nurture advisory relationships to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
Prepare and review financial documentation, tax returns, and provide tailored business advice.
Assist with client onboarding and contribute to firm development initiatives.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain effective service delivery.
Engage in marketing and strategic planning, meeting business performance targets.
Provide ongoing mentoring and review support to junior team members.
