The Family Worker role uses a whole-family approach, delivering bespoke interventions to reduce risk and strengthen family relationships.
You will act as Lead Skilled, coordinating with a multi-agency team to plan targeted support and deliver evidence-based programmes for parents and carers, including sessions on parenting and healthy
