We are looking for an experiencedParts Interpreter – Back Counterto support our busy Service and Pre-Delivery Departments and ensure our technicians have the right genuine Mercedes-Benz parts when they need them.

About the role
Working closely with our Service, Workshop and Parts teams, you will:
Provide quick and accurate parts interpretation to workshop technicians
Pick, issue and supply genuine Mercedes-Benz parts to the workshop
Process parts orders, quotes and invoices accurately
Monitor stock availability and assist with stock ordering
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
Support general parts and warehouse duties as required
Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
Deliver responsive, professional service to internal customers
About you
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous automotive parts experience, ideally within a dealership or parts retailer
Strong parts interpretation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer and administration skills
The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy




A positive, team-focused attitude
A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another prestige automotive brand is highly regarded but not essential.
