We're a growing HVAC company working across high-end residential installations, system replacements, and light commercial fitouts in Melbourne's north and west.
We also service what we install — so you'll know the systems, know the clients, and work to a standard worth standing behind.
We're deliberately small and building carefully.
This isn't a role where you disappear into a large team and run the same split system for five years.
You'll get exposure across a genuine range of work from day one — and we'll back you to grow into it.
The role
We're a growing HVAC company working across high-end residential installations, system replacements, and light commercial fitouts in Melbourne's north and west.
We also service what we install — so you'll know the systems, know the clients, and work to a standard worth standing behind.
We're deliberately small and building carefully.
This isn't a role where you disappear into a large team and run the same split system for five years.
You'll get exposure across a genuine range of work from day one — and we'll back you to grow into it.
Who we're after
You've just got your ticket or you're in your early years post-qualification.
You've got solid foundations — ducted and split system installs — and you're ready to work across a broader scope without needing someone over your shoulder to get it done right.
Experience with VRV/F systems is a genuine advantage as we grow that side of the business — but it's not a dealbreaker.
Foundation and character matter more than the length of your resume.
Day to day
Ducted and split system installations in current builds and high-end renovations
Replacement and upgrade work on existing residential systems
Light commercial fitouts — offices, retail, similar scale
Servicing existing clients and systems we know well

VRV/F installations — a growing part of what we do and where we're heading
Monday to Friday.
No on-call.
No weekend callouts.
What you're actually getting
$40–$60/hr based on experience — we'll be upfront about where you land from the first conversation
Fully fitted work van, stocked and ready to go
Super, overtime, and every entitlement you're owed — no games
Christmas shutdown — the business closes, you rest
Real investment in your development — training, tickets, and scope to grow as the business does
Trust from day one — we don't manage people who don't need managing
How we operate
We're not going to tell you this job comes with free Fridays and a beer fridge.
What it comes with is honest work, fair pay, and a small team that gets on with it.
We do right by the people who do right by the job.
You'll be trusted, not tracked.
You won't be micromanaged.
In return, we expect you to care — about the quality of your work, the client's home, your tools, and the person next to you.
We're building something deliberately here and we want you to be part of that.
You're the right person if
You hold a full refrigeration mechanic or mechanical plumbing licence/registration — freshly qualified or early years post-ticket
You take pride in what you leave behind — not just that it works, but how it looks
You speak up when something's not right rather than walking past it
You can manage your day without being told what to do next
You want to grow — and you understand that means showing up and earning it
You hold a manual driver's licence — or you're willing to get one
This won't work if
You're here for the perks, not the work
Quality is someone else's problem once you've left the job
You need managing to perform
You want top dollar without the experience or output to back it up
