We are a leading supplier of premixed concrete across Victoria, servicing residential, commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects.
Supported by multiple batching plants and a modern delivery fleet, the company provides reliable, high-quality concrete solutions, from standard and decorative mixes to specialised products tailored to meet a wide range of construction requirements.
This is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for the accurate batching and scheduling of concrete orders, coordinating deliveries, managing plant operations, and maintaining a secure and productive work environment.
Full training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within the business.
Concrete batching experience is not essential.
Candidates with batching experience from other industries, or those with transferable skills and a willingness to learn, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately batch concrete orders in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards
Schedule and coordinate concrete deliveries to meet customer timeframes
Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels
Perform plant administration and production reporting duties
Operate plant equipment, including loaders (where licensed and trained)
Maintain plant cleanliness, housekeeping, and general maintenance standards
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Deliver a high level of customer service when liaising with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
Sound computer literacy and attention to detail
The ability to multitask, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong planning, time management, and coordination skillsA proactive, reliable, and safety-focused approach to work
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience in batching, dispatching, production scheduling, logistics, manufacturing, transport, or related industries is highly regarded
Current LF (Forklift) and/or FEL (Front End Loader) licences are desirable, but not essential
