Skills and experience required:
Minimum10 years' experience in the sugar industry
Thorough understanding ofsugar milling processes and equipment
Demonstrated experience inbusiness development, client liaison and contract negotiation
Proven ability to preparetenders, proposals and commercial quotations
Robust interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to undertakedomestic and international travel
Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
