Flexi Staff is recruiting for a Leading Hand + Resource Recovery Attendant in Armadale, on a casual basis.
The role focuses on secure, efficient operation of the Resource Recovery Centre and on-the-ground waste disposal and recycling activities.
You will lead frontline teams, coordinate daily tasks, enforce safety practices, and ensure service standards are met while engaging with the community and maintaining environmental controls.
