Torus Group is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our Reception team at Liverpool City Centre.
You will greet customers and provide a welcoming face, handling housing enquiries from repairs to tenancy matters with explicit and supportive guidance.
Based in Liverpool City Centre, with occasional support visits to St Helens or Warrington offices to cover absences.
You will work Monday to Friday and promote digital self-service options to customers.
