A Victorian Local Government Council to recruit an experiencedSubdivision Officerto support their Planning team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of subdivision processes, relevant qualifications and experience working within a Victorian Local Government environment.
The Role
Assess and process subdivision applications in accordance with relevant legislation and Council requirements.
Manage subdivision referrals, certification and Statement of Compliance processes.
Liaise with developers, surveyors, consultants and internal Council departments.
Review subdivision plans and associated documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Subdivision Act **** and relevant planning legislation.
Utilise SPEAR to manage subdivision applications and workflows.
About You
Relevant qualification in Land Surveying, Subdivision, Town Planning or a related discipline.




Previous experience managing subdivision applications, ideally within Victorian Local Government.
Strong knowledge of the Subdivision Act **** and Victorian planning processes.
Experience using SPEAR is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
