About the Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership within residential aged care settings while supporting residents, families and multidisciplinary care teams.
Your responsibilities may include:
Delivering safe,



person-centred aged care nursing services
Medication administration and clinical assessments
Developing and reviewing care plans
Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to clinical changes
Wound care and chronic disease management
Clinical documentation and compliance reporting
Supervising and supporting care staffMaintaining infection prevention and clinical governance standards
Working collaboratively with residents, families and healthcare teams
What You'll Need
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 12 months nursing experience, ideally within aged care
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment and decision‐making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across multiple aged care facilities
Availability across day, afternoon and night shifts
