We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Key responsibilities
Managing debtors and following up outstanding payments
Assisting with AR and AP
Maintaining accurate records and data across business systems
Responding to internal and external queries
Providing general administrative support to the finance and operations teams
About you
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience




Experience with accounts receivable and debtor follow-ups
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence working with data and multiple software systems
A proactive, cooperative team player who can also work independently, take initiative and take ownership of tasks
What We Offer
Part-time - 25 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
