You'll nurture established grower relationships, win recent business and guide the regional sales team to deliver long-term value and profitability.
You'll leverage deep knowledge of vegetable seedlings to anticipate customer needs, shape territory strategy and collaborate with production and technical teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
