The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Family Support Practitioner for Pathway of Hope in Devonport.
The role delivers strengths-based family support, casework, parenting education and community activities to families with children aged 0–12, working with local teams to improve family wellbeing.
This fixed-term, part time position (4 days/week) is managed by the Pathway of Hope Regional Manager, based in Devonport.
