Sacred Heart Mission seeks an Admissions Coordinator to build sector partnerships and oversee the full enquiry-to-admission process, including referrals, waitlists and occupancy.
You will guide prospective residents and their support networks through a person‐centred admissions journey and coordinate transitions into the home.
The role promotes trauma‐informed, culturally secure care, ensuring residents feel welcomed, informed and supported during admission and transition.
