The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) seeks an APS5 Case Manager to join the Information and Assistance team.
You will manage requests for assistance, assess risk, and guide parties toward resolution while engaging with complainants, businesses, and agencies in a busy, policy-influencing environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate dispute resolution experience, solid organisation, and excellent communication.
