The role follows a Wednesday to Sunday pattern with weekend and bank holiday availability, ensuring client standards and a safe, productive team environment.
You will roster, recruit and manage operatives, maintain service quality, and build robust relationships with the client to meet site objectives.
Strong communication, teamwork and a track record of customer service are essential.
